Knowing nothing about cricket. Just what Admin has been allowing and what is not. It is his site he makes the rules. I would be asking:
1. Who manufactured it? Not Campa-cola they do not do cards.
2. How was it distributed? Boxes, packages or give aways, a card at a time or a set.
3. Any ideal how many sets? Limited give me no idea how many are out there. A few hundred or tens of thousands.
4. It appears to be an unlicensed Advertisement card to me. Which Admin has allowed some but not all.
As far as Rookie Cards. Admin has his rules for what can be marked as RC. What I think is a RC may not be what you think.
Now we come to "Fake" cards again members think in different ways. IMO. Making a card that looks like another card is fake to me along with altering cards. Most others are just unlicensed custom cards for advertisement, personally or to make money. Maybe they just make a few or a large number of the cards.
Then there is this: People who don't have this type of rare cards always spread rumors that they are fake. That is not a good way to make friends.
