Checklist help - NASA set

Need a bit of help with this one,

I got five of them last night in a collection. They are a tick shorter than standard size.

I have 10394, 10396, 10716, 10730, 10734

There is no year marking on them, so we need to identify that as well.

Any help would be appreciated.
