“ I've said it before the last time an OPC blank back was CotD - I don't understand the point of these parallels. Only way they can be made worse is if UD made a half-dozen COLOR parallels for blank backs. ” -Theron_Nett

I was watching a Blues/Ducks game on TV a few years ago when Jay Bouwmeester went into cardiac arrest on the Blues' bench during a commercial break. You knew it was serious when they postponed the balance of the game. Fortunately things worked out for him after medical treatment but I don't believe he played in the NHL again.

Watching this game is genuinely one of my most vivid memories from college. It was horrifying. Now that he's in better health, I'm just relieved that he got to win the Cup before this incident and his retirement. Great player.

Not a hockey fan, so feel free to discount my opinion, ( like you wouldn't anyway) but I don't care for this card at all. It looks like something cut out of a off brand cereal box. Now if it had Ernie Banks' picture I'd be all over it.

Good to see my hometown represented!

I could probably buy the already complete sets cheaper somewhere else, but I like getting my maildays.
